We have always focused our service on the man rather than the machine.

It’s a lot simpler to have 10 fantastic cars, than it is to have 10 fantastic personnel.

While our service may appear as just “transportation” we have always thought that whether we are taking care of a corporate executive on a business trip or a family in vacation in Tuscany what makes our drivers and guides different is the ability to properly communicate with our customers or express their knowledge.

We avail ourselves of 3 kinds of travel professionals:

1. Professional Chauffeurs. (All our drivers speak at least good English)

2. Tour Guides (Also referred to as: Tour Escort, Assistant, Tour Conductor or Tour Leader)

2. Specialized Local Guides (Also referred to as: Personal Guide, Private Guide or City Guide)

Each of the above profession requires a government official license to operate which are obtained after courses and exams of the candidate.

We are the company that in Italy has formed the largest team of professionals who in one person combine 2 or 3 of the above qualifications, the Driving Guides!

Nowadays our staff is composed of 12 fully qualified Driver Guides and 5 English Speaking Chauffeur.

That is to say that we don’t even have 1 person in our staff who does not at least speak good English and most of them speak a second foreign language therefore we can provide services and tours in Spanish, German, French, Portuguese and Russian.

We can proudly say we are the only company in the country could provide up to 12 vehicles conducted by Driving Guides for any day!

Our activity is based 60% of Driver Guide an Florence Driver Guide services and on 40% of chauffer services.

Therefore while others at best could offer just "a good chauffer who attempts to act like a guide", we provide actual licensed guides who will also drive the vehicle.

We can provide 3 different kinds of car services:

• Chauffeur: recommended for direct transfers, business trips or leisurely excursions.

• Driving Guide (DG): recommended for daily excursions from Florence, multiple days tours of Tuscany and Italy or transfers with sightseeing stops on the way.

• Florence Driving Guide (FDG): recommended for day trips or shore excursions into Florence.

How to choose the most appropriate driver

Choosing the right performance one should not assume that the highest qualification necessarily means the “best choise” it all depends on what the client’s focus is:

• Chauffers is ideal if laidback or light touring is what’s required and Clients are not interested in having lectures on the local culture and art but they prefer to spend time in each area at leisure on their own sightseeing, shopping etc.
  Don't forget that unless you found us an ESD would already be the "very best possible choice" that 98% of the other limo services or tour companies would have ever been able to offer anyway.

• Driver Guide is are ideal if clients prefer a combination of touring at leisure and culture.
  The DG is the ideal choice if passengers want a lot of information without going in depth on each single sight, church or monument and are not particularly interested in being guided inside museums and churches.
  He will direct them on what to focus so that they will quickly and efficiently sightsee. Our DG's have such a wide knowledge base that most clients feel that if they they received more information than what they could absorb!

• Florence Driver Guide is ideal if clients want to be guided inside churches and museums, and their primary target in coming to Florence is art and history.
  Choosing a Florence Driver Guide clients will deal only with one person for the duration of the whole tour without needing to coordinate and familiarize with any other person.
  He will be able to provide the highest level of specialized information in any circumstance.
