• Arrival Transfers at the station to any destination include 30 minutes of waiting time. beyond which we will apply extra hours surcharge.
• When the Pick Up for Arrival or Departure Transfer is between 8.00pm and 7.00am there will be a 20% Surcharge, Minimum Euro 16,50
Our driver will wait for the passengers at the head of the train (beginning of the track) with a name board. The vehicle will be parked just outside the station, therefore the necessary walking is reduced to the minimum.
Florence station is not well provided with luggage trolleys, luggage cannot be check in on our trains, for passegers travellig with a lot of luggage we advice prebooking the porterage services, which needs to be done by fax to the following number +39 (055) 212319 specifying the train and coach number.
It's important to know that Florence Station is used as a transit station for most long distance trains (Eurostars and Intercity Trains) it means that trains don't originate nor end in Florence, most of them come from Rome going north to Milan or Venice, or viceversa and stop in Florence for only 8 minutes.
