Florence airport "Amerigo Vespucci - FLR" is located at the north-west side of the city, right at the beginning of the main highways of Florence.
It may take from 15 to 30 minutes to reach the aiport from the center depending on traffic.
Chauffeur will be waiting outside baggage claim with a name board.

Florence Airport is a particularly small airport, chauffeured driven cars can drop off passengers right at sliding door of the check in area and they will have to walk only 20 yards to reach the check in counters. Arriving passengers will be met by the driver with a name board right outside of the luggage claim / custom area, and in case of lots of luggage the driver can go pick up the car and drive lictterally 5 yards away from luggage claim area. It is such a small airport that it has no porterage service, but luggage trolleys are available in abundance. Note that on various fligth booking, professional software programs and ticket booking sites, Pisa airport is listed as FLORENCE/PISA AIRPORT, please verify wtih carefulness whether the flight is actually landing in Pisa PSA or Florence FLR.
