Paolo Fanti

As the founder, it can be said that Driving Guide Tours is a reflection of Paolo’s vision.
He prides himself that it was due to his ethics and determination that things went right. This combined with his extensive management training made for the company becoming the living success it is now.
While his duty is to oversee all operations of the company, his heart is “still in a car giving a tour of Tuscany” - something which he still frequently does. “Just so as not to get rusty” –he says.

Francesco Bartalini

As Co-Owner of Driving Guide Tours, Mr. Bartalini primarily operates as a Guide and Driver Guide. He's a passionate son of Siena christened to his "Contrada del Nicchio" - his quarter of the beautiful city of Siena, Being a born Tuscan, he's is incredibly knowledgeable as only few persons in Italy are. Mr. Bartalini is fully licensed as Professional Driver, as Tour Guide and as Specialized Local Guide for Florence.

Michele Cinali

Mr. Cinali boasts having a 360° experience in tourism, having worked for 6 years in a key position for one of the most prestigious tour operators in Italy. Today Michele plays a key role in the operations of our company. Even though his duties are primarily administrative and commercial, like all of us he's a lover of Tuscany and those clients he takes on tour as professional chauffeur would swear they had the best driver in Tuscany.

Marco Pacini

Officially Marco is our Customer Relationship Manager, but we all think he's the office genius of our company. Having years of experience as a business and marketing consultant, he humbly likes to refer to himself simply as "an organizer". Mr. Pacini surely contributed tremendously in streamlining the procedures and internal organization to optimize work flow and efficiency.

Claudio Palandri

Thanks to his versatility, Mr. Palandri covers multiple sectors of our operations. He is in charge of logistics, finances and personnel training. It thus can be said that Claudio plays a key role in our back office operations.
