The key factor which differentiates us from any other transportation company is the high educational and professional level of our personnel. From the beginning we realized that success in our business depends not only on the capability of the management alone but the quality and competence of the entire staff. This would allow for a steady expansion and success.

Soon after the founding of Driving Guide Tours, the demand of our innovative services grew so rapidly that soon one single man could not possibly satisfy the request.

Being aware that Mr. Fanti was the first person in Tuscany to obtain in person all the licenses and requirements, he realized that in order to expand he needed personnel with similar qualifications. But such a combination of specializations and red-tape requirements was not to be found on the job market. So the only way to expand and to maintain the high level of service was to select experienced tour guides with the knowledge and technical capability and get to them to obtain the missing qualifications or licenses.

This was our greatest challenge, and year after year we met it.

By now Driving Guide Tours has a staff base that is the envy of the industry. We boast having 12 fully qualified Driving Guides at our disposal, complemented by 5 English Speaking Drivers.

That is to say that we don’t even have 1 personnel who does not at least speak good English, most of them speak a second foreign language which allow us to cover every main foreign nationality.
